Source
Source water
Raw water is drawn from a controlled supply serving our Kansanga production site, then treated through multi-stage purification before packaging.
- Supply type
- Controlled municipal / protected supply (confirm with production)
- Plant location
- Treated and packaged in Kansanga, Kampala, Uganda
Protection before packaging
Intake is managed under production controls. Water does not go straight from source to bottle — every batch passes filtration, RO, UV, and ozonation stages before filling.
Update exact source wording in src/content/quality.ts when production confirms borehole, NWSC, or other intake.
Treatment
Multi-stage purification journey
Every sealed bottle goes through a controlled chain — not a single filter claim.
- 01
Intake & pre-filtration
Source water enters controlled pre-treatment to remove sediment and protect downstream membranes.
- 02
Reverse osmosis
RO membranes reduce dissolved solids and impurities for clean, consistent taste.
- 03
UV sterilization
Ultraviolet light provides a microbial control barrier without chemical taste.
- 04
Ozonation
Ozone finishing supports hygiene in the packaging window before sealing.
- 05
Filling & sealing
Food-grade bottles are filled and sealed under production hygiene controls.
- 06
Batch coding & release
Each batch is coded for traceability. Product is released only after process checks pass.
Laboratory testing
We run routine process and product checks to confirm purity and safety. Institutional buyers can request the latest lab report for tenders.
The table below shows typical finished-water targets after multi-stage treatment. Official lab certificates with exact values are shared with procurement teams on request — drop the latest PDF in public/docs/ and link it below.
| Parameter | Typical finished target | Unit |
|---|---|---|
| Appearance | Clear, colourless | — |
| Odour / taste | Acceptable / free from off-odour | — |
| pH | 6.5 – 8.5 | pH units |
| Total dissolved solids (TDS) | ≤ 500 (process target often much lower post-RO) | mg/L |
| Turbidity | ≤ 1 | NTU |
| Total coliforms | Not detected / absent in 100 mL | per 100 mL |
| E. coli | Not detected / absent in 100 mL | per 100 mL |

Traceability
Batch coding, shelf life & freshness
Shelf life
Sealed bottles are labelled with production and/or best-before information. Typical sealed PET drinking water shelf life is up to 12 months when stored cool, clean, and away from direct sun — always follow the date on your pack.
Batch coding
Every production run is identified with a batch/lot code printed on the packaging so we can trace product from plant to delivery.
How to read your pack
Check the bottle or carton for production date, best-before date, and batch code. Quote that code if you ever need a quality follow-up.
Storage
Store upright, clean, cool, and out of direct sunlight. Do not use damaged or unsealed bottles.
Facility

Real facility photos convert better than text alone. Drop images into public/images/quality/ using the names below — placeholders show until files exist.

FAQ
Buyer questions
Are you UNBS certified?
We design our process for Uganda packaged drinking water standards. When our UNBS mark/certificate is ready for public display, the number and scan will appear in the Certificates section on this page. Procurement teams can request current documentation by WhatsApp or email.
Where does your water come from?
Water is treated and packaged at our Kansanga, Kampala facility from a controlled supply. It always passes multi-stage purification (including RO, UV, and ozonation) before bottling — never raw water into sealed packs.
Can I get a lab test report or specification sheet?
Yes. Institutions and bulk buyers can request the latest lab report and product specification sheet for tenders. Contact sales on WhatsApp or use the download links when PDFs are published under /docs/.
What is the shelf life?
Follow the best-before / production date printed on the bottle or carton. Store sealed packs cool and away from sunlight. Typical sealed PET water shelf life is up to about 12 months when stored correctly.
How do I verify a batch?
Use the batch/lot code and date on the packaging when contacting us. We use that code to trace production and quality records.
Do you serve hospitals, hotels, and offices?
Yes — homes, offices, hotels, schools, clinics, NGOs, restaurants, events, and institutional buyers across Kampala and nearby zones. Ask for corporate supply and documentation packs.
What about 20L deposits and refills?
20L refill is UGX 8,000; a new 20L bottle is UGX 25,000. Full exchange and return rules are on the Delivery page under bottle deposit policy.
Need documentation for a tender or hotel account?
