20L bottles
Bottle deposit & return policy
20L refill water is UGX 8,000 per bottle. A new 20L bottle is UGX 25,000. After your first jug, return the empty bottle when we deliver the next full one (empty-for-full exchange). Lost or badly damaged bottles may require purchasing a new bottle at the new-bottle price.

First order
Get a new sealed 20L bottle at UGX 25,000 (includes the jug). Or start with an exchange if you already have a compatible empty jug — ask sales.

Refill exchange
Each refill is UGX 8,000. Return the empty bottle when we deliver the next full one.

Sanitized return
Returned bottles are inspected, cleaned, and sanitized before reuse in the cycle.

Lost or damaged
If a bottle is lost or not returnable in usable condition, a new bottle at UGX 25,000 may apply.
Refill price
UGX 8,000 per 20L refill (water only, when exchanging a usable empty bottle).
New bottle price
UGX 25,000 per new 20L bottle (first jug or replacement).
Exchange
Standard service is empty-for-full exchange on delivery routes.
Lost bottle
If a bottle is lost, you may need a new bottle at the new-bottle price before continuing refills.
Damaged bottle
Cracked, contaminated, or unusable bottles may not be accepted for exchange — a new bottle charge may apply.
Cleaning & sanitization
Returned jugs are inspected, cleaned, and sanitized for food safety before reuse.

Where do you deliver?
Primary coverage includes Kampala, with regular service into Wakiso, Mukono, and Entebbe corridors. National / special deliveries available on request for bulk orders.
How do I pay for delivery?
You can pay cash on delivery, send MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Merchant and only to a number we confirm on our official line, or pay on invoice if you are an approved business customer. We never ask you to pay a random personal number without confirmation.
Is delivery free?
Delivery fees depend on area, quantity, and route. Larger orders may qualify for free or reduced delivery — confirm when you request a quote.
Do you offer express delivery?
Same-day delivery may be available on active Kampala routes when stock and capacity allow. Say “express” or “today” when you order.
