Is Earth Drinking Water Safe and Certified?
Yes. Earth water holds UNBS certification (Q-Mark). Permit 09214-0016-0113. The certification decision is dated 18 August 2026, and the permit is valid from 19 August 2026 to 19 August 2027. Every batch passes through reverse osmosis, UV sterilization and ozonation before sealing. Each bottle carries a batch code, so we can trace it to its production run. Laboratory test reports are available for institutions and tenders.

How much is a 20L water refill in Kampala?
A 20L refill of Earth water costs UGX 7,000 when you exchange an empty Earth bottle. A new 20L bottle costs UGX 25,000. You keep the bottle and refill it each time.

How can I pay for my water?
You can pay cash on delivery, by MTN MoMo, or by Airtel Money (Merchant ID 4396008). Bank transfer to Lagenda Limited is also accepted. Approved businesses can pay by invoice.
Is Earth water mineral water?
No. Earth water is purified drinking water, not natural mineral water. It is treated by reverse osmosis, UV sterilization and ozonation.
Do you supply bulk water for offices, hotels and events?
Yes. We supply 20L refills on a schedule for offices and hotels, and 500ml cartons for events. Wholesale prices are available for volume buyers.
What if my 20L bottle is lost or damaged?
A lost or badly damaged bottle is replaced with a new 20L bottle at UGX 25,000. Undamaged empty bottles are exchanged at the normal refill price.
